Available Positions:

1. Light Vehicle Driver
Candidates for this role must hold a valid Airport Driving Pass (AVOP). This position involves driving light vehicles within airport premises and associated operational areas, ensuring the safe and timely transport of personnel, equipment, and essential cargo.

2. Heavy & Light Vehicle Driver
This position is open to candidates with a valid AVOP, experienced in driving both heavy and light vehicles. The role requires operating vehicles that transport heavier loads, including equipment and materials essential to airport operations, while strictly adhering to all safety and procedural regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Selected candidates will be expected to carry out the following responsibilities:

Operate light and heavy vehicles safely within airport premises, cargo zones, and other operational areas.
Follow all airport protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
Transport staff, cargo, and materials efficiently, ensuring adherence to scheduled timings and operational requirements.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and any incidents encountered during duty.
Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate transport activities effectively.
Respond promptly to emergency situations, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment at all times.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Valid AVOP (Airport Driving Pass): Candidates must possess a current and active Airport Driving Pass issued by the relevant Qatari authorities.
Proven Driving Experience: A strong background in driving light and/or heavy vehicles within airport environments or related operational settings is essential. Experience in cargo handling, airport logistics, or similar roles will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Safety Protocols: Candidates should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of airport safety procedures, vehicle handling regulations, and emergency response protocols.
Technical Competence: Ability to operate vehicles of various sizes and types safely, including the use of onboard safety and navigation equipment.
