Role Overview
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team. As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will play a key role in ensuring that guest rooms and hotel facilities meet the highest standards of hygiene, comfort, and presentation. Your contribution will directly impact the overall guest experience.
Main Duties
- Clean, organize, and service guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Replenish supplies, amenities, and housekeeping carts as required.
- Respond quickly to guest requests and support colleagues as needed.
- Follow health, safety, and cleanliness guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive communication with guests and team members.
Candidate Profile
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and lift items (up to 20–25 kg).
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and service.
- Energetic, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts.
- Team player with a friendly attitude and passion for hospitality.
- Previous housekeeping or hotel service experience is an advantage, but not required.
